POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

Order Placement

To ensure we can accommodate your request, please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Due to high demand, last-minute orders may incur additional charges.

For our premium desserts, the minimum order quantity is 1 dozen (12 pieces). This applies to cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and other premium sweets on our menu. This policy helps us minimize waste and manage our baking supplies efficiently.

You can place your order online through our website or by contacting us directly on Instagram. For security reasons and to streamline our communication process, we do not accept orders through any other channels.

Order Pickup

Once you place your order, we will work with you to schedule a designated pickup window. A 30 minute duration is allotted for you to collect your order from our location. If you wish to make changes to your designated pickup time, please submit a request 48 hours prior to your designated pickup, or additional charges may apply. As a courtesy to other clients and your baker, please arrive to collect your order on time.

Please note that we do not deliver orders at this time. 

Changes to Your Order

Changes to your order can be made up to one week before your assigned pickup date. We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after this period, but we cannot guarantee that the changes can be made.

Small adjustments can be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes that affect the overall design of the dessert may incur additional fees.

Allergies

Please note that we are not a nut-free facility, and we cannot guarantee that our products are peanut-free, regardless of flavour selection. If you or your guests have any known allergies, you must disclose this information to your baker prior to order confirmation.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm your order. Orders without a deposit will not be confirmed in our system. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

We currently accept payments via cash and e-transfer. Cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, your deposit can be transferred to a future order, provided the new order is placed within one year from the date of your initial payment.
